Inclusivity and Advocacy
This session will dive into the importance of being an intentional and inclusive advocate. As advocates for children, it is important to listen, understand, and ask how CASA can best serve diverse children. CASA advocates are guided by the "best interest" principle of advocacy for children. CASA advocates can identify needs and provide recommendations to the court. Volunteer advocates will also participate in the training to provide their perspectives and experiences. This session will be recorded for those who register.
